About Sladjana
Hello, I am a new yoga teacher in Toulouse, graduated in Goa (2017) by Yoga Alliance International, specialized in Vinyasa Yoga flow. I participated in some courses of Yin and Restorative Yoga in India. Now I give classes in the studio Sadhana in Toulouse, private lessons also (both at home and in the studio in the city center), as well as courses in business centers. I give private and group lessons, also in companies.

Hello, I teach Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, et Restorative yoga, in the studio or at your home. All levels are accepted (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Spiritually-Oriented Yoga Simply perceive and get out of the mind and the brain's "thinking" mode, because the brain works in two opposing modes, thinking or perceiving!
