About Vinita
I am Vinita, a certified yoga teacher with over 5 years of experience teaching online and offline across Mumbai and Rishikesh. I hold a PG Diploma from Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala, am an Ayush Ministry YCB certified teacher (Level 3), and an RYT-500 certified teacher with Yoga Alliance.
For me, yoga extends far beyond physical flexibility; it is a profound tool for mental and emotional transformation.
I personally experienced how yoga releases stuck energy, anxiety, and stored physical stress from the body. I share this wisdom to help you move through tension, regulate your nervous system, and experience deep emotional freedom.

About the class -
My classes are personalized, mindful and designed around your body, experience and goals. I combine traditional Hatha Yoga, pranayama, meditation and mindful movement to create a balanced practice that works on both the body and mind.
Each class usually begins with centering and breath awareness, followed by warm-ups, asanas, pranayama and a calming relaxation or meditation. I focus on correct alignment, conscious breathing and helping students understand their own bodies rather than simply following poses.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes are adapted to your individual needs. My goal is to make yoga practical, accessible and sustainable, while helping you develop greater strength, flexibility, awareness and inner calm.
