I have 20 years of experience as a regular yoga practitioner and trainer and most importantly I have reversed my young age diabetes and hypertension and am living my life peacefully and without any stress. I will take classes online and in person and my main aim is to spread what I experienced and how I reversed my diabetes being a yoga practitioner
