About Garima
Namaste I am Garima Batra from Madhya pradesh.
Initially I was working as nutritionist and I found that yoga is really helpful in achieving my client's health goals and I started studying yoga for their betterment but over a period of practicing yoga I myself experience immense benefits I started studying and practicing and now yoga is my passion and I really love and enjoy teaching yoga.
I have been certified as a yoga volunteer and did my post-graduate yoga teachers' training course certified by the yoga certification board under the Ministry of Ayush and completed two therapeutic yoga course of 100Hrs. I also did 100hr course of pranayam and meditation.

My teaching is based on traditional yoga. My basic session includes Prarthana, warm-up, Asanas, Pranayam, Meditation.
The Mode of language will be Hindi or English as per requirement.
I focus on a harmonious balance of breath and movement. My classes are designed very carefully as per the requirements of students either personel or group sessions.
My focus is to create sessions on increasing strength, flexibility, and lung capacity as well as detoxify the body from inside.
I take personalized therapeutic sessions also.
My sessions are only for females.

Perfect! I am a beginner in yoga and found Garima to be an experienced and knowledgeable teacher. She explains the asanas clearly and with patience. She also shares the benefits of the asanas for the mind and body which I find very helpful. She regularly observes how the student is doing, and gives feedback so you do the asanas correctly, and is always punctual. Finally, she tailors the lesson based on your level of experience in yoga and any health issues you may have, which is important for me. I have had a very good experience learning yoga from Garima.
Perfect! Garima is a very patient teacher. She also gives personal attention and never forgets the individual health issues. Her classes are very informative and motivating too. I am enjoying her classes since a week now and would definitely recommend her as a Yoga teacher.
