I have a strong background in accounting, finance, and business management, combined with a passion for helping students reach their full potential. I believe my approach aligns well with students' needs.
My teaching philosophy focuses on personalised instruction and fostering genuine understanding rather than rote memorisation. I start by assessing each student’s current level and learning style, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement. From there, I create customised lesson plans that incorporate clear explanations, guided practice, and interactive activities to build both skills and confidence.
I emphasise active engagement and real-world applications to make learning meaningful and memorable. In my sessions, I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and approach problems creatively. Regular feedback and progress tracking allow me to adjust strategies and ensure steady growth. Above all, I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and developing independent learning habits.
