About Shazni
My name is Shazni Ahamed and I am a BSc Chemical and Process Engineering Graduate from the University of Moratuwa. I have a passion for teaching and have always enjoyed helping others understand complex subjects like mathematics, chemistry and physics. As a tutor, I believe in tailoring my approach to the individual needs of my students. I understand that every student has their own unique learning style and I strive to create a comfortable and engaging environment for them to learn in.
During my lessons, I use a combination of visual aids, real-world examples and interactive activities to help my students understand and retain the material. I typically allocate around 1-2 hours per lesson and I am flexible to accommodate my students' schedule.
My lessons are suitable for students of all levels, including secondary school, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate students. I am confident that with my qualifications, experience and teaching approach, I can help my students achieve their academic goals and excel in their studies.

As a tutor, my approach is to first understand the student's current level of understanding and tailor the lessons to their specific needs. I believe that hands-on practical examples and real-world applications are the best way for students to fully grasp and retain the material. I also incorporate various teaching methods, including visual aids and interactive activities to keep the student engaged. My qualifications include a BSc in Chemical and Process Engineering from University of Moratuwa and I have experience in tutoring students for their exams.
My typical lesson length is 1 hour and I am able to teach maths, chemistry, physics and chemical engineering for students ranging from high school to university level. My lessons are designed to help students understand the subject matter in a clear and concise way and to improve their problem-solving skills. I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their goals and excel in their studies.
