About Alexandra
At this stage, my highest qualification is my IB diploma. While working towards it, I discovered the concept of growth mindset which is based on embracing the challenges of the learning process and applying any feedback you receive to enhance your learning. I was inspired by the fact that a growth mindset, in fact, can be developed in any student regardless of their age or background. Mindset development is an ongoing process, and with the help of my teachers and mentors I am working on it myself and am willing to share this opportunity with the other students.

Being a student myself, I know how to approach the education process in the most effective ways. The key of any learning process is a consistent distributed practice that ensures a thorough understanding of the topic and its retention in the long-term memory.
My experience of running science clubs and revision sessions for younger students in high school helped me understand that a standard 1-hour teaching session, if approached correctly, is sufficient to deliver a section of new information and ensure its understanding.
