About Pooja
I have done Math courses as part of Bachelor’s program in Chemistry and during my program at Fanshawe College, which included basic arithmetic skills to Calculus. I had successfully passed all those Math courses with a grade worth more than 90%. Currently, I work as a Math and Chemistry tutor at Tutor Doctor where one-on-one tutoring system is followed. My experience at Fanshawe as a peer tutor also helped me improve based on providing individual attention to kids. I had worked as a Math tutor in India where I forged and honed my skills to tutor a group of students. During my employment period in the quality lab of Bonduelle Americas, Strathroy as a Grader/ Finished Product Technician, I had trained new employees so that the production could be made more efficient. I had also performed a couple of projects on Ginger Extraction and Anti-bacterial activity of metal complexes which enhanced my skills to think out of the box and the thirst to gather and share knowledge.

I approach tutoring sessions with confidence by maintaining an efficient structure for every session. Provide an introductory explanation about the topics to be covered in a particular session and discuss the applications of the same. Then move onto the core of the session - topics covered with proper explanations, examples, quick learning tips where ever possible, discussions, practice problems, etc. The session would be concluded with a quick summary and topics to be covered in future sessions. I am confident in tutoring Math and Chemistry for students in Grades 8 - 12.

She is intelligent....but explains maths with simple techniques....good base in mathematics......she is an excellent dedicated teacher
