About SANTHOSH
I am a chemistry graduate , i did my schooling in tamil medium but in collage days i struggled a lot due to language problem ,in my school days my mother tounge gave me a opportunity to think with high level of imagination and creativity , but collage didn't do that , to over come this problem everybody should think in their own way , i hope i will teach the students to improvise their knowledge towards academic ,academics without application is nothing , so if we applying concepts with real lifea academic will be very easy, i will do this in a good manner

Now there is lack of application oriented teaching method, due tobthat students can't remember the concept, to over come that we need to teach science in a scientific manner not historic or theoretical manner , we should educate the students how to think out of box...
