About Kate
I’m a professional, working in the chemical engineering industry rather than a teacher. I deliver a lot of training at work and always get great feedback. My fave was someone telling me that I made something that they expected to be boring and dry be really interesting and they understood it! I have a Masters in Chemistry from the University of York. I’ve been 20 years in industry in various safety roles in high hazard industries. I have 4 children and 2 Labradors. My eldest child is doing her GCSEs this year.

I’ve been delivering professional training to adults in science and safety for the last 6 years and loving it. I like to know what people want from their training - what questions do you want answering rather than what can I tell you? What is it you need help with? What is your homework this week? How can I help you revise? What do you want out of your exams? (Other than it to all be over!) You pick the topics and I’ll help!
