About Keren

I have experience teaching and tutoring virtually and in person. As a graduate student, I also have mentoring experience as I guide undergraduate students in research. I do my best to cultivate an encouraging environment since I believe that always leads to better learning.

About the lesson

Having worked as a Teaching Assistant for Chemistry Labs for 3 years, I have experience teaching students from many backgrounds in various topics in chemistry.

I am currently pursuing my PhD with a focus on organic chemistry, which is my field of expertise.

I will happily teach/tutor on any topics covered in undergraduate organic chemistry classes including, but not limited to: reaction mechanisms, resonance, nomenclature, synthesis, NMR (one of my favorites, and includes 2D NMR, often only seen in advanced classes).
