About Rebecca
I have just finished my integrated masters in Chemistry at the University of Glasgow. I have taught a number of students studying for their National 5, Higher or Advanced Higher exams. Thanks to our weekly lessons, I helped all 3 of my students achieve As in their final exams. I also have two younger sisters who I have constantly helped throughout their time at school with any problems they have with chemistry.

I aim to make studying an enjoyable experience, whether you wish to achieve high grades in the subject, or just wish to pass the course. I teach all topics clearly and will provide example questions to help strengthen the students knowledge and build on problem solving skills. In the first lesson, I aim to understand the key areas the student struggles with and provide weekly homework exercises that will help build their confidence and knowledge. I try my best to not simply provide answers to questions, and instead guide the student through the questions, giving hints and tips on how to tackle similar questions in the future. I believe that practice makes perfect, so will focus a lot of the session around past paper questions, homework questions provided by myself, as well as homework questions provided by the student's teacher.
