About Matthew
I was an EPA Chemist back in the 1900's, then transitioned to teaching AP Chemistry, where I have flourished as a teacher for over 25 years. I advanced to teaching Chemistry at a University because teaching Chemistry comes naturally to me. I have witnessed many of my students to become doctors, pharmacists, and PhD's in Chemistry, so I guess you could say that I am addicted to helping people.

I am the Chemistry Fixer! I enter a session with a client and I learn who I am trying to help, so that I can better understand how to help them. Then I determine what issue is present that I can help with so I can provide examples that help a client to master their weaknesses and gain confidence in the material. My next step is to provide supplemental problems for practice. I make myself available via text, for most of everyday to encourage my clients that they are not alone and that I am on stand by to help when they are motivated to try.

Perfect! He was excellent and really helped my son with his chemistry homework.. We will use him again for any chemistry homework
Perfect! He was able to accurately catch what I was missing and helped me strengthen my weak areas. In 2 months I learned a whole years worth of chemistry and intro to O-Chem. Highly reccomend.

He is very enthusiastic and knows a lot about chemistry. Mr. Cain worked as an EPA chemical tester so his real world experience transferred to his teaching. He can give real life examples all the time which makes learning chemistry much more enjoyable.
It is without a doubt a great pleasure for me to be able to work with Mr.Cain. What I liked most when working with Mr.Cain is that he is passionate about the things that he does. He will always put his best foot forward to help his students succeed. I have seen him work with his students and the interaction he has with them is amazing.
