About Liz
My name is Liz, and I am from Baldwin, New York. I developed a passion for chemistry whilst taking chemistry in high school, and decided that I would major in it in college. Now, I major in chemistry with a minor in sustainability studies at the State University of New York at Geneseo. I have always been passionate about learning about the world around me and how it works, and I am dedicated to sharing my passion with my students.

Teaching methods:
I teach by bridging the gap from prior knowledge using analogies, visual learning, and hands-on learning. I cater to the students needs and adapt to their learning style. I also teach tips and tricks that I personally use on exams and when solving chemistry problems. I want my students to develop a solid understanding of the topics presented, and why each phenomenon happens, not just that it happens.
