About Jake
I am a current Chemistry student at the University of Manchester. In the past I have worked as a tutor and maths teaching assistant, in a secondary school in London, tutoring 10 students in A level and GCSE maths. Every A level student achieved at least an A and every GCSE student achieved at least a level 6.

I find that making the subject relatable to each student is the best way of achieving an understanding which makes the topic "go in". Hence, a general outlay of my lessons usually include a description of the origin of a certain concept and then a worked example tailored to a student's interest (where possible) to explain the concept and methodology for approaching a question in the exam. Then a few questions would be given to test the understanding before concluding with past exam questions.
