About Ishir
My journey in chemistry began with fascination for how invisible molecular interactions create the substances and reactions we see in daily life. This passion led me to earn an M.Sc in Chemical Engineering and Molecular Chemistry, where I explored both theoretical principles and practical industrial applications. Over the past 12 years, I have guided students through chemistry topics with patience, clarity, and structured encouragement. Teaching chemistry has shown me that learners succeed best when they understand concepts deeply rather than memorizing steps.
My teaching style is supportive, organized, and focused on building confidence. I break down difficult topics into manageable explanations, helping students develop strong reasoning skills. I create a learning environment where questions are welcomed and mistakes are treated as opportunities for improvement. My goal is always to help students feel capable of mastering complex chemical ideas.
Outside tutoring, I stay connected to chemistry through continued research reading, exploring modern scientific developments, and applying chemistry concepts to environmental and medical contexts. Teaching chemistry is deeply fulfilling because I see learners transform fear into confidence. My mission is to help students trust their ability to understand science and achieve lasting academic success.

Chemistry becomes much easier when students understand it as the science of transformation rather than a collection of formulas. In my lessons, I guide learners through atomic structure, bonding, acids and bases, stoichiometry, equilibrium, kinetics, and organic chemistry with clear explanation and supportive pacing. I focus on helping students see the logic behind chemical equations, so problem solving becomes less stressful and more meaningful. Each session includes step-by-step reasoning, visual models, and real-world examples that make chemistry feel connected to everyday life.
Lessons are adapted to every learner’s level. Beginners strengthen foundations in the periodic table, basic compounds, and simple reaction patterns. Intermediate learners build confidence with calculations, equilibrium reasoning, energetics, and lab-based interpretation questions. Advanced students focus on complex mechanisms, exam writing accuracy, multi-step stoichiometry, and deeper conceptual mastery. Practice questions and structured feedback are included in every lesson so progress remains steady.
