About Ciara
If you had told me when I was in 5th year that I would be studying chemistry in college I would have laughed at you! I was struggling with basic concepts and I felt as though I didn't understand the explanations the teachers were giving me. It took me 6 months to figure out that I was going about it completely wrong and that I just wasn’t learning in a way that worked for me. My aim is to find the method that works for each of my students, improving their grades, but most importantly, their confidence in themselves.

I am currently completing a bachelor's in chemistry in UCD. I take an interactive approach to teaching and adapt lessons according to each student, because everyone learns differently. I understand how difficult learning in a class full of people can be and how sometimes you feel like you can’t ask questions or don’t fully understand the answers, that’s what I’m here for!
