About Zinnia
I am a chemistry tutor with 9 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Chemistry. My journey started with a strong interest in understanding how substances interact and change. Over time, I developed a passion for teaching and helping students overcome their challenges. I have worked with students at different levels and helped them improve their understanding and confidence. My aim is to make chemistry simple and approachable for every learner.
My teaching style is clear, structured, and focused on understanding. I explain concepts step by step and ensure students fully understand before moving forward. I use simple examples and practical methods to make learning easier. I also focus on building problem-solving skills so students can work independently. Creating a supportive environment is very important to me. Students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I provide regular feedback to help them improve consistently.
I continue to update my knowledge and teaching methods to keep lessons effective. Teaching chemistry is rewarding because I see students grow and gain confidence. My goal is to help students succeed and develop a strong understanding of the subject. I want every learner to feel confident and capable in chemistry.

My chemistry lessons are designed to make learning clear, simple, and practical. I focus on helping students understand the concepts behind reactions instead of memorising formulas. Topics such as atomic structure, bonding, chemical reactions, and equilibrium are explained step by step. I use simple language and real-life examples to make ideas easy to follow. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Practice problems are included in every lesson to strengthen understanding and improve confidence.
Lessons are planned based on the student’s level and learning needs. Beginners learn basic concepts with simple explanations and examples. Intermediate students work on calculations, balancing equations, and understanding reaction patterns. Advanced learners focus on organic chemistry, kinetics, and exam preparation. I provide guided practice and feedback in every session. Students are encouraged to explain their answers, which improves clarity. Regular revision helps students remember concepts better.
Chemistry becomes easier when students understand concepts clearly and practise regularly. My goal is to help students feel confident and reduce fear of the subject. Many students begin to enjoy chemistry as they improve. I focus on steady progress and positive learning. By the end, students gain strong understanding and confidence in chemistry.
