I tailor each lesson to the students learning style. I use the growth mindset model in teaching and believe in the skills of all my students. I start with what the students know and then what they need to learn and tailor a lesson to fill in the gaps. I have a B.S in biology and have been doing child psychiatry for 4 years. I've been doing math tutoring at the YMCA for 2 years and was a TA in college doing tutoring in my office hours for 2 years.
