About Paula
Hi! I’m a 30 year old Chilean who’s been living and traveling around New Zealand and Australia for the past six years. Through this journey, I’ve learned how important practice is when learning a new language and how powerful it is to connect through it. I teach Spanish because I love helping others grow and feel confident. I know how it feels to be a learner, so I create a kind, patient, and supportive space where you can speak, make mistakes, and improve without pressure. Let’s focus on real conversation, practical use, and enjoying the process together!

My Spanish lessons are fun, dynamic, and super conversational. I love making learning feel natural and useful, so I use real life situations, games, culture, and topics that you actually care about to help you feel confident and enjoy the process.
I’m not a fan of boring grammar heavy lessons so I mix it up with vocabulary, listening, speaking, and key structures, always adapting to your pace and learning style.
Lessons are usually one hour long, but I’m flexible depending on what works best for you.
I’m from Chile, a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English. I studied Ecotourism and Expedition Engineering, and I’ve spent the last six years living and traveling around New Zealand and Australia, so I totally get what it’s like to learn a language and explore different cultures.
My lessons are perfect for all levels, whether you’re just starting out or already have some Spanish and want to feel more confident speaking. I work with adults and teens looking for a more relaxed and practical way to learn.
All classes are online, so you can join from anywhere!
