About Nimasha
Hello! My name is Nimasha, and I am thrilled to offer my tutoring services at Superprof. With a strong educational background and a passion for teaching, I have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and expertise with students of various ages and backgrounds. I hold a Master of Business Analytics and a Master of International Business from Hult International Business School, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Additionally, I have pursued professional certification as a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) finalist, further enhancing my expertise in finance and management.

In terms of tutoring and teaching experience, I have been actively involved in helping students achieve their academic goals for several years. At the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and Hillwood College Kandy, I tutored students from elementary school to the college level.
I have also had the opportunity to teach college-level students in subjects such as statistics and finance. In these courses, I facilitated discussions, conducted in-depth analyses, and encouraged independent research to foster a deeper level of comprehension. By incorporating real-world examples and case studies, I helped students connect theoretical concepts to practical applications. My goal was to equip them with analytical and writing skills, enabling them to present well-structured arguments and articulate their thoughts effectively.
Furthermore, as a Volunteer Organizer for the UNESCO–Asia-Pacific Program of Educational Innovation for Development, I hosted sessions for entrepreneurs and trained employees, tailoring my teaching to their specific needs. Overall, I have diverse teaching experience, employing versatile methods to empower students and create a positive learning environment.
