About Mathew
I am Chef Mathew, I am currently 24 years old and have graduated in Culinary Arts and Business. The reason I want to lecture is because I believe Education and creativity is key. I have worked in 1 Lodge, 2 Hotels and 2 Bakeries earning me an extensive understanding of food preparation and the workings behind it. I believe not just in lecturing the student but helping them grow and growing with them to Achieve their Goals.

My lessons are interactive and creative. They can be theory or theory and practical depending on the level that the student is looking for.
The lessons are either 30,45 or 60 minutes.
All course notes and recipes will be supplied by myself.
Practice dishes will ask to be done by the student to see progress during the tutoring time.
