La profesora tiene una manera de explicar realmente muy divertida.. qué hace la clase mucho más fluida y agradable!! además de aplicar siempre técnicas de relajación y de respiración que enriquecen mucho! Es muy amable y profesional te ayuda mucho a avanzar rápidamente.. he tomado clases de Biodanza también y de y de peli energy un método propio de la profe..danza del vientre como un método terapéutico!!️
