About Maria Rayssa
I have been working in the field of dance teaching for 7 years, teaching in free courses and professional training.
I have a technical training as a dancer from edbb- Beth Boopy Dance School, graduated in Dance Degree from UCAM-Cândido Mendes University and Postgraduate in Dance Therapy from Unyleya College; I am also a certified teacher of the PBT method (Progressing ballet technique).

All classes are planned according to the needs and knowledge of each student.
Respecting their physical and technical abilities, the objective is to offer quality education in a light and pleasant way.
Classical ballet: using the vaganova methodology, it focuses on the progression of teaching, stimulating and encouraging the power and the best of each one.
Pbt: Consists of a program of strengthening and body conditioning. It focuses on developing and activating muscle memory (which helps the student to understand more easily about core/core stability, weight distribution and body alignment)
Dance Therapy: Method that uses body language as a therapeutic vehicle. It works through free movement: self-discovery and exploration of perceptions, shapes, sounds, silence, thinking, feeling and creativity.
