About Eloise
I am currently a second year university student at the University of Warwick. I have experience in teaching English as a second language and Latin for beginners, and also in tutoring for English Language and English literature GCSEs. I am willing and able to extend this tutoring to all levels up to university entrance however, and also for help in university applications. During school exams I achieved A*A*AA for A level and 10A*s2As for GCSEs, and am eager to help students through these exams.

I first talk to my student and figure out where they are up to in the syllabus and specifically areas in which they struggle in the most, ideally before the first official lesson. From there I can create some notes for the student which we can go through together as well as a few short exercises we can do during the session. I like to finish with an extended writing task, whether it be an essay prompt, creative writing, or a translation, which we plan in detail during the session to be completed independently by the student which I can then mark go through together at the start of the next session.
