About Dat
My own nursing journey has shown me that success doesn't come from knowing everything—it comes from having the right mindset, asking questions, learning continuously, and having someone who genuinely wants to see you succeed. Within a few years of graduating, I progressed from a Graduate Nurse to a Clinical Nurse Specialist and into a specialist coordinator role by embracing every opportunity to learn and grow.
I believe everyone learns differently, so my coaching is supportive, practical, and tailored to your goals. Whether you're preparing for interviews, starting your graduate year, transitioning into a specialty, or wanting to strengthen your clinical confidence, I'll help you develop the skills and mindset to move forward with confidence.

Hi, I'm Dat.
I'm an experienced renal dialysis nurse passionate about helping nurses grow with confidence and purpose.
Within 4 years of graduating, I progressed from a Graduate Nurse to a Clinical Nurse Specialist and acted into a specialist coordinator role (CNC). That journey taught me that career growth isn't just about experience—it's about having the right guidance, building strong clinical knowledge, communicating with confidence, and taking opportunities when they arise.
My mission is to help nurses develop their clinical skills, prepare for interviews, build confidence in specialist practice, and reach the next stage of their careers sooner.
