I’m certified in Mat, Reformer, and Rehab Pilates. With years of experience, I enjoy helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels discover their potential through mat, reformer, or seated Pilates if you have limited mobility.

My background in physiotherapy allows me to integrate rehabilitation principles, ensuring that each participant can move safely and effectively.
We can also use different props during classes, such as small Pilates balls, foam rollers, or resistance bands, which I provide to enhance your experience and support your progress. I’m committed to fostering a positive atmosphere where you can build confidence and connect with your body.
Classes can be held online, in the comfort of your home, or in a public space of your choice.
