I did many Courses from self-development, I have a Coach and Mentor Diploma. My approach is Action Coaching which means that you bring your purpose and we work on it whenever you like to work with it, during walking in the nature, playing, running etc. The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour. A coaching session is for everyone who wants to develop themselves and wants to have support to do that.

My best Coach ever! She is patient and calm and has a great idea to work with! She can build an atmosphere of trust and comfort, so after few coaching sessions I felt that I really know what I should do and I have a plan which I believe in. If you are looking for a coach who will go with you for walking, running, bowling or any other place where you will fill comfortably - choose her!
