About Elena
During my professional experience as a Coach, which led me to devote myself to the world of business innovation, and to the creative resolution of professional problems, I discovered a passion for coaching aimed at teenagers, young people and young adults (12 - 25 years) , their learning potential, despite some of them having poor results in school, their difficulties in integrating into the world they live in, and their ability to imagine their future in the world they live in, and this is the branch of coaching on which I specialized. What does Young Coaching mean? The goal of Young Coaching is to foster the full development of people's learning potential in the society in which they live. Young Coaching facilitates the full expression of the learning potential of each person, moving away from unproductive automatisms, habits, self-sabotage or limiting beliefs, to learn more effective strategies. Self-learning is promoted, i.e. the ability to manage individual learning autonomously, effectively and consciously.

More and more often today we are witnessing radical changes in our children. As intelligent, sociable and creative kids, we see them switch off and isolate themselves in a world where devices prevail. The attention being paid to the rest of the world, including schools, seems to have worn off. Conflicts with the adult world, mainly parents and teachers, prevent them from communicating their real needs. They are isolated, unhappy, they have lost interest in studying and nothing seems to be able to get them out of their world that shrinks day by day. What do they need? What do you parents need to help them? Children often create internal and external conflicts in order to be helped. Closing is often a call for help. They are the first to know no other way to make this request. The discomfort becomes a comfort zone in which to let go while waiting for someone to come and get them out. A parent's help is often not enough. Love, worry, fatigue and expectation make the dialogue between a parent and child one-way. They both tend not to see what is in front of their eyes. It is in this stalemate that the help of a coach intervenes, a professional figure capable of putting himself in front of the boy / girl in difficulty without judgment and with the necessary tools to help him focus on his needs. A coach places himself in a neutral position and through dialogue accompanies the boy / girl on a path of self-knowledge and future goals. For a young person in difficulty it is important to understand that this moment in his life must become the springboard for everything to come. It is important to focus on what you want to achieve in life and to understand what inner resources they have to achieve that goal. The help of a coach helps to reconnect with the outside world through the dialogue that will guide the child towards a new way of conceiving learning and the school system. Learning to learn is a fundamental step for any profession you want to undertake for the future. Learning to love learning is even more important. Once the knot that has jammed this mechanism has been dissolved, everything will be simpler and more fluid. The fear - whether it is of failure, of boredom, of not achieving the required objectives - paralyzes the entire functional system of children in difficulty; accepting fear and making contact with one's weaknesses and frailties will make the world a less scary place. And this is the path a coach can offer. My approach involves a great deal of attention to individuality; there is no objectively universal method of work. A coach experiments, creates new ways of intervening based on who he is in front of. Each boy is different from another and, on the basis of solid knowledge and experience, building a personalized intervention model guarantees the best result. I don't work according to fixed patterns, but I work with people, their potentials and their needs. Often it is the kids who show me, without realizing it, the best way to follow to build the best intervention strategy
