About Johannes
Hi there!
I've been teaching Coding to kids and adults using the Python programming language for almost 3 years now. Many of my students have been with me for a long time and have gone from knowing literally no coding whatsoever to being proficient Python programmers.
I especially enjoy teaching kids. Firstly because of their enthusiasm and secondly because learning coding early in life can make a genuine difference to their lives' in the long-run.
I always offer the first lesson as a free trial so your kid can see whether he or she likes it or not. I suggest to just give it a try if there's any interest at all ...

I always work on real Coding projects with all my students. For kids that often (but not always) means coding Games, which is a lot of fun for them as well as very good coding practice.
Every new students usually starts off working on a pretty simple project, but those projects then become more and more complex over time.
This process is similar to playing simple pieces of music when one first starts to play a new instrument and then gradually working towards more and more advanced pieces.
