About Cecily
All sessions are strictly confidential and are conducted in a professional manner. I have been coaching for 20 years and have had positive feedback from all my clients who return until they feel confident that they are 'in flow' in their lives. I will often hear from them a year or two later to check in and move forward again. Please note that I am not psychologist or psychiatrist and cannot help with serious mental health issues. I work with people wanting to brainstorm the next steps of their personal lives as well as artists keen to increase their creativity. The session price includes a follow up email to remind and encourage.

Using various methodologies (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy questionning), we will have an hour to discuss any issues in your life you would like to move forward on and we will strategise the next steps you would like to try. My background is in coaching and education. I have worked with people of all ages and abilities.
