About Salih
I'm a psychologist with M.Sc in Cognitive Science and currently I'm doing my second masters in Computer Science. I've been teaching statistics since I was an undergrad. I've been teaching different subjects such as photography and programming since 2007.
Socratic way of teaching has always been my go to method. Asking questions and connecting the knowledge to the easy to digest worldly events turns the knowledge into wisdom. Moreover, a hands on approach also allows the knowledge to stay in mind not only as a theoretical construct but also a kinesthetic information, it will be like riding a bicycle.
In the end, I'm here as I do love teaching and I'm hoping to share my knowledge with you.

Flexible Tutor
My teaching technique adapts to your needs and learning style. I can tutor you whether you have never done statistics or you want to improve yourself only in a narrow field.
Lecture Plan
In general I offer a theoretical introduction to the subject matter with worldly examples. This introduction is followed by a larger unified example and then, you, the learner applies their knowledge under guidance to another example.
Lecture Material
I use Microsoft Whiteboard in conjunction with Google Meet or Zoom. Using a whiteboard increases efficiency of the lecture and adds a personal touch.

Ask, ask as much as you want. I'll be happy to answer them.
Lecture Timing
Depending on the subject matter, and you. Each lecture lasts between 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Moreover, number of the lectures are all dependent on you and the subject matter.
Who Should Join my Lectures
I have experience in teaching from total beginners to Ph.D. students. I can offer you statistics for social sciences, part of the biostatistics, and econ statistics.
