I strongly believe in participative learning and encourage peer level discussions as they reinforce learning. Each topic is approached bottom-up by getting the students to understand the underlying fundamental concepts. Assignments will be given at the end of each session and I encourage review and ranking by peers in the class. Each student gets to review the assignment submitted by 2 other students.
