About MADELINE
I am a current college student majoring in Biology, however I have a great mathematics background. I have taken AP calculus, all algebras, geometry, and trigonometry. I have always been an A student in these subjects, sometimes being at the top of my class. I am very knowledgeable in each subject and have always been told that I am a great educator when it comes to helping my peers or those younger than me with understanding specific material.

My teaching method is different for all students. I tend to get to know the person that I am teaching and try out different ways of making sure the student understands the material. For myself, I am a very visual person, so I like to see problems done multiple times before I can understand it. I also like my students to know why they are doing what they are doing. Understanding the reasoning behind a math problem always created a better understanding with me and my students and in the long run, performance levels were higher.
