About Francesco
As a former primary and high school student, and a current college student pursuing studies in the sciences, I understand how students can be overwhelmed by topics and how it can feel impossible to move forward, but I am here to guide and help you get better grades, feel more confident and understand fundamentally what is going on in your math classes. I have helped countless struggling students at the primary level grasp concepts they previously struggled to understand, as well as my own friends who have struggled with fundamental comprehension of our own classes, helping them better understand and achieve. I give simple tricks and methods that help the student break down the problem in an understandable way, making tests and quizzes more approachable. We will deal with how to approach a problem, how to identify the issue and how to follow it up with proper execution. A typical lesson will consist of some theory, practice and then further understanding (catering to the students personal needs). I recently graduated from high school in 2023, and have been in college for the past 2 years learning Calculus and teaching basic mathematics to students at the grade 3-6 level. I understand as a former student in this generation how the tests are made, how stresses can be approached and what methods are most effective. My lessons are most useful for Secondary 3 and below levels, because my fundamental teaching methods help the students grow into strong habits to excel the students learning further into their career. Students struggling with self confidence, basic understanding and retaining information are a great fit for my teaching methods.
