About Laura
I am currently a student at the University of Minnesota! I have been a nanny for the past two summers and have taught kids ministry for 3 years! I love kids and have a passion for academics. I tutored kids my own age consistently over the years and love working with people of all ages and backgrounds.

My teaching approach is gentle, but consistent. I teach big concepts by working them into smaller parts. By doing so I am able to simplify complex ideas effectively. Additionally, I believe visualization helps kids learn better and excel at comparing this to practical life experiences so that hard-to-get concepts can be learned.
