About Shayna
My name is Shayna Hewitt. I live in Los Angeles, California. I graduated high school with honors while taking dual-enrollment college classes at 17. Shortly after I graduated, my high-school principal hired me as a tutor for two students who I worked with for about a year. With my help, both students were able to raise their grades in their respective studies. While I haven't finished college yet, I have exceptional knowledge and am able to help anybody succeed in their educational journey.

Hi! I'm a college student who's passionate about helping others succeed at their classes, enjoy what they're learning, and apply their knowledge to real-life situations. I'm exceptional at understanding young people and how they think, so I relate to them a lot better than an older tutor may.
I have one year of experience in tutoring and am on my way to receiving a foreign language certificate, my bachelor's degree, and teaching credentials.
My lessons are fairly short, but I cover everything you need to learn in our time together. I relate the subject material to real-life things and situations so that students will comprehend their lessons better and enjoy them.
I can work with your specific schoolbooks/classwork, or I can handcraft lessons from scratch just for you, depending on what you want to learn.
I primarily offer my services to middle and high school students, but I may be able to tutor college-level students as well, depending on what you want to study.
