About Sarah
I am a university student studying chemistry and mathematics. I've been tutoring middle school students in these same subject areas for about 4 years. I have experience tutoring in person as well as virtually, with many different students with different levels of confidence in these subjects and different learning styles.

The most important part of any tutoring lesson with my students is to build their confidence in their own abilities to understand and solve math or chemistry problems. Students can expect me to hear their thoughts and concerns, and to do my very best to address them and help how they need help. I will explain and re-explain concepts as many different ways as it takes for a student to grasp a challenging concept. Challenging class subjects don't have to be so terrible, and I do everything that I can as a tutor to make even one concept a little less challenging for students!
