About Danielle
I've learned a lot in my 15 years as a performer of opera, musical theater, jazz, and choral music, and I'm always happy to share my knowledge with my students. I earned my bachelor's degree in music from California State University, San Bernardino and my master's degree from University of Kansas. I currently teach voice at California State University, San Marcos. My students enjoy their voice lessons each week and feel empowered to sing multiple styles of music. Former students have gone on to earn places in prestigious college music programs and perform professionally on major stages across the country.

Hi! I'm Danielle and I have over 15 years of experience as a professional singer and teacher. I use a holistic, body-first approach to help you find your most easeful, natural voice to sing in a variety of styles, from classical to jazz to musical theater. I believe that feeling safe and relaxed in your own body is the foundation of great singing, so you'll find a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment in my studio. We'll work thoughtfully and intentionally to help you understand and make decisions about your own voice, rather than simply doing what you're told. We'll also focus on artistry and performance, so that you can express yourself the way YOU want to. Whether your goal is to pursue singing as a career or just for your own enjoyment, I'm excited to guide you to your best, most satisfying sound!
