Yadi is a great Spanish tutor. She understands and speaks both spanish and english to the t, and hence was able to explain everything to me in a logical and concise way. She recognised my weaknesses and worked to improve them. Over just a short period of time, my Spanish ability improved thanks to her high quality explanations, paired with relevant exercises. Yadi has a passion for teaching and this made tutorials fun, which subsequently increased my learning. Yadi is a great Spanish teacher. She is both very methodic, and very conversational, which brings the best of the two worlds together. She has intimate knowledge of grammatical, conversational and cultural nuances of Spanish, plus a deep knowledge English and also French which allows us to connect, compare and contrast on multiple levels. Her classes are fun, productive and something I look forward to every week. After a couple of years of taking classes with her, I feel confident in my daily Spanish as I spend half of the year in Mexico. Highly highly recommend Yadi!!

The thing that sets her apart from all the other teachers for me is her deep understanding of the Spanish language - she is the only teacher I’ve had that doesn’t mind me randomly asking very technical grammatical questions with no preparation (and she often answers immediately!)

The added bonus is that she understands English like a native speaker - so she understands exactly why I made certain mistakes and can translate all the random English slangs into Spanish.

Yadi is absolutely fun and delightful as a teacher, and knew how to explain things and was patient with me. Learning a language can be tough and I was so nervous speaking in general, but she made conversation very casual and interactive from the very moment we had a session online, and I felt more confident in time to speak Spanish around her! She has a whole range of syllabus prepped, from theory to exercises, and it’s helpful that she speaks English well enough to be able to explain the principles behind the language. I’d recommend her any day!

I have been learning Spanish in different parts of the word for a number of years including Nicaragua and Spain but I have never come across such a great teacher as Yadira.She’s been doing it for a long time and I feel like she teaches in a way that makes it fun whilst learning so much from her.If I have difficulties she will find ways to help me understand.
