About Carolina
I am a people-driven professional with a Colombian background, shaped by a strong sense of community, warmth, and close personal relationships. Having built my life and career internationally, and sharing my day-to-day life with my husband Pablo, I value connection, trust, and bringing positive energy into the environments I am part of. These values naturally translate into how I work: I bring engagement, ownership, and a genuine interest in people into everything I do.
I am someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, both professionally and personally. Whether it is connecting with stakeholders, collaborating across teams, or creating a positive team dynamic, I naturally take on a role as a connector and facilitator.
Professionally, I have developed my more than 10 years of career within international trade, procurement, and global logistics. I combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and have solid experience in project management and process optimization. I built my career from execution in logistics operations, developed a strong foundation in customer, vendor and network management, and evolved into strategic procurement — bringing a uniquely operational and data-driven perspective to sourcing decisions. I understand not only the strategic side of sourcing, but also the impact of decisions on day-to-day operations, including risk management, cost control, and overall supply chain performance.

My teaching style is professional but approachable. I adapt each lesson depending on the student’s goals, background and learning style.
