Graduated in Course of Technology in the University Center Gastronomy Unicesumar (2008). Specializing in Gastronomic and Hotel Management (SENAC / MG). He is currently professor of gastronomy at ODL mode - Unicesumar (Maringá / PR), professor in haute cuisine course (IGA / PR), bachelor's degree teacher in gastronomy in Estacio Colleges / Assesc (SC), substitute teacher bakery and confectionery the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Santa Catarina, professor Pronatec kitchen assistant at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Santa Catarina. He has experience in the field of Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on management of A & B, acting on the following topics: processes, restaurant, ingredients, standardization and food business consulting. Award winning research conducted in Belo Horizonte by CNEP National Events & Research Co., the recognition of excellence in the area of operations in food services (2012). He taught a course kitchen Professional Senac University Center (Maringa -Paraná). The teaching methodology will be personally defined with the student to meet their needs.
