About Erica
I graduated from Culinary Arts at Lenoir Community College. I've been cooking since I was 12 yrs old. Cooking is my life, it's my everything. I cooked in Country Clubs, three different stadiums, nursing homes, top branch financial firms, and school systems. I have a lot of experience in the food industry.

I will teach you soul food, traditional foods in America, things I learned in Culinary Arts School. I was raised by my grandmother, so I sat up under her all the time. Everybody I grew up around use to call me grandma, well they still do, lol. So lets just say, I can get down in the kitchen. I can teach you how to properly use a knife and different cutting sizes and techniques. Hope to hear from you all soon!
