As a tutor, I use three methodologies depending on the students: Game-based learning method; which involves incorporating some ideas from video games into education.
Student-centred/personalised learning method; with the tutor's intervention, the student helps the teacher in identifying thier weakness as the teacher finds the solution.
Differenciation method: where I learn the difference in student's needs and help where appropriate.
I prefer my lessons to last for an hour maximum. This ensures that the student gets an ample time to relax thereafter. Preferably, half an hour is enough for a student to absorb content.
I have three years experience in online tutoring thanks to COVID-19. I prefer tutoring learners between the age of 10-15 years under the pre-highschool level. Thank you.
