Hi! I’m Tricia, a freelance English teacher with a passion for helping students find their voice through language. With a background in journalism and media, I bring real-world writing and communication experience into my lessons, making English practical, creative, and engaging. I believe that every student learns differently, so I personalize each lesson to suit their unique needs and goals—whether it's improving grammar, building essay skills, or gaining confidence in speaking. My approach is encouraging, patient, and always focused on growth. From primary to secondary students, I’ve worked with a range of learners and love seeing them gain clarity, enjoyment, and confidence in English. My goal is to help students not just succeed academically, but also express themselves clearly and meaningfully in everyday life.

Each lesson is curated to suit the learning style of my students, combining structured explanations with interaction and engagement. My teaching approach focuses on building strong foundational skills while encouraging curiosity and confidence.
Lessons typically run for 60 minutes and can be adjusted based on student needs. I hold a Diploma in Mass Communication and have several years of experience mentoring youths through volunteer teaching, editorial leadership roles. I also have experience planning and executing English classes for children in non-English speaking countries.
My lessons are ideal for primary to secondary school students (ages 7–16) seeking support in English, writing, media literacy, or general studies. I’m especially passionate about helping students develop their communication skills and creative thinking.
