About Oumy
I have successfully tutored many young students outside mainstream school. From hating Maths and study, and having low self-esteem they become confident and willing to succeed academically and socially.
I have taught Maths and French to my two grown up children who both achieved grade A at A-levels Maths, A and B at A-levels French.
I have also taught Microsoft Office products to my colleagues.
Overall I have been teaching since 1993.

I use fun methods like games to engage students. Give them control, take time to know them, listen to them and act upon their request, discourage negative remarks.
Embed real life in my teaching.
