About Nela
My name is Nela Adamu. I’m a student just like you are. I also struggled with maths for the first 14 years of my life, but one day someone taught me how to make it all click together into place. I want to give that to other people too. I want to be the help that I received that eventually helped me succeed. Everyone is capable of making it to wherever they want to be. Sometimes we just need a little help :) and it’s more important to push someone from an E grade to a C/B than to push someone from a B to an A! If you are really struggling, I am willing to help. Related qualifications: GCSEs at grade 7 in both maths and combined sciences. A levels at grade A for maths and B for physics

My lesson plans will depend on the subject you choose to take with me. In maths, I specialise in Pure mathematics. And if you have identified your weaknesses, we can focus on those together. I can show you good resource platforms and help go through examples with you. If you do not know your weaknesses, we will start the first 2 sessions with completing a Pure paper or I will ask you to provide a list from your teacher that highlights where your weaknesses are. In physics, nuclear and molecular physics will be my strong point. But these sessions will be similar to the maths sessions. Except we will go through in depth theory and finding creative and practical ways to contextualise knowledge. Like associating ideas with objects and situations. Finding where the physics actually is in your day to day life.
