About Stephen
I have 9 years of experience teaching economics and hold a Master’s Degree in Economics. My academic training strengthened my understanding of economic models, data interpretation, and policy evaluation methods. During my postgraduate studies, I completed research assignments that improved my analytical reasoning skills.
Throughout my teaching career, I have guided students preparing for school examinations and university-level programs. I focus strongly on building strong foundational knowledge before moving toward advanced analytical concepts. My teaching style is patient, organized, and clarity-focused. My economics lessons focus on developing clear conceptual understanding of both microeconomics and macroeconomics while strengthening analytical thinking skills. I teach topics such as supply and demand, elasticity, production costs, market structures, inflation, fiscal policy, and monetary systems in simple English so students clearly understand each principle. Every concept is explained step by step with diagrams, real-world examples, and structured numerical practice. I encourage students to understand the logic behind economic models rather than memorizing definitions without clarity.
Each lesson follows a structured and balanced format to ensure steady academic progress. We begin with revision of previous topics to reinforce retention and correct misunderstandings. New chapters are introduced gradually with guided analysis, graphical interpretation, and answer-writing practice. Students learn how to analyze economic scenarios, interpret data, and present structured responses in examinations. Regular exercises and discussions improve clarity and exam readiness.
My goal is to help students apply economic reasoning beyond textbooks. I create a supportive learning atmosphere where thoughtful discussions and questions are encouraged.
