About Sephora
I am a Project Manager with five years of professional experience, having transitioned into the field from a background in engineering education. Having made a successful career change myself, I understand first-hand the challenges, uncertainties, and learning curve that come with moving into project management from a different discipline.
My motivation for teaching comes from combining real-world project management experience with strong teaching and mentoring skills. I focus on delivering clear, practical, and easy-to-understand sessions that break down complex concepts into manageable, relatable guidance. My approach is interactive and adaptable, ensuring each session meets learners where they are and equips them with the confidence, knowledge, and direction needed to take their first steps into a project management career.
