About Kavitha
I Have Mtech in software Engineering and B.E in computer science with IT industry experience of 8 yrs devloping Application also i worked as assistant professor working in Computer science dept of Enginering college.
Having worked within the industry for over 7.7 years as Senior Software Developer with experience in Application Development using object oriented programming(C++,VC++,Java) and Testing , I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for the role. I have taken charge of 3 to 4 direct reports, forming a cohesive team that help the company achieve overall objectives.
In my present and prior role I have had many achievements, including working with good domains (In IT Industry) and tecnology and obtained Best Paper award in Master degree project when presented in international conference. I would relish the opportunity to bring this level of success to your company.

My method is to teach students of all levels (good , average),With real time examples,using diagrms,PPT,Code etc.If university students of IT/Technology cover as per syllabus.IF required an share documents.I can use better vedios to explain complex concepts.i conduct tests and validation.
